Corps member Miracle Chibuzor Marcel with state code RV/19A/2093 carried out a good number of charity and school development programs during his national service year.
From his careful observations and researches, he discovered some needs of the community schools (nursery, primary and secondary) and made provisions for them. The sources of funds were from the members of the host community he served.
The lists of his charity and development achievements are:
- Erection of two school signboards
- Pinning of five flag poles: three at the secondary school and two for the nursery and primary school.
- Purchase of sanitation equipment such as: Dustbins, Dustpans and local brooms.
- Provision of brown school sandals and socks to some selected students and pupils.
- Provision of medicated soaps and wash hand basins to the schools.
- Donation of some needed textbooks for the secondary and primary school.
- Free extramural classes on math.

The Corps member who is at his middle twenties is the 3rd born to Mr. and Mrs. Marcel Adimonyemma who heirs from Orsuihiteukwa, in Orsu Local Government Area of Imo state.
He graduated from the department of Physics and Astronomy (BSc) from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka during the 2018/2019 academic session.
He then applied for his compulsory national service program in the year 2019 and was mobilized to serve in Rivers state.
After a successful orientation course, corps member Miracle Chibuzor Marcel was posted to Community secondary school Queen's town, an island community in Opobo/Nkoro local government area under Tai zone in Rivers state for his primary assignment.
He reported promptly and immediately settled down and started work in the classroom. He was assigned to teach physics to the senior section of the school. But also being a corps member with a physics degree, the principal found him very worthy to handle mathematics too. So he accepted to teach both mathematics to the junior and senior secondary school.
Corper Chibuzor as he's popularly known and called by his fellow corps members and members of the host community was assigned to the CDS group: Environmental sanitation and protection which normally carries out CDS activities every Thursday.
The objective of the group is to keep the community as tidy as possible by cleaning up public places such as: The water side, the public toilet, market squares and the community hospital.
And because of his strong roles he was made the coordinator of the group CDS at some time and later the Corper liason officers (CLO) of the corps members in Queen's town during his service year.
Due to his industriousness. He was able to offer solutions to most of the school needs and reawakened the students’ mathematical knowledge. His hard work earned him recognition from various individuals and the host community.
