The animosity between the Hausa and Yoruba people in Living in Ekiti state have degenerated to serious fighting between the two ethnic communities.
There is an ongoing fighting along Atikankan area of Ado Ekiti between the Yoruba's locals & Hausa Herdsmen. Travelers are advised to stay away from these area.
