A female student got electrocuted in Unilag on yesterday. Oluchi Anekwe,
a 300 Level student. According to report, she was coming back from
church when a high voltage cable fell off the pole and landed on her.
Today, Other Unilag students shut down activities on the campus to
protest against negligence on the part of the university authorities.
Policemen from the Bariga and Sabo divisions are at the campus gates to calm the students down.
