Imo State workers angrily protested for their salary which the Governor refused to pay them for like six months now. As early as 7 am, the workers gathered at the freedom square OWERRI to protest and the imo state government headed by Rochas Okoroawusa sent trucks of mobile police men with AK47 and tear gas to disperse the workers .
