Makata was accused of being the rapiest and all efforts to defend himself was thrown out as stories the university got that transpired between them before the rape incident lead credence to the accusation. Makata was expelled from the university with all police charge dropped.
One year pass, it was later found out that Uche was raped by Oluchukwu Paschal and his boys, Paschal is the head of Vikings, the most rival cult group to buccaneers . Makata is now a bricklayer doing labouring job at Obollo his native town after his parents disowned him.
