Her motive? According to authorities, Shefa, 40, was upset because her husband, 48-year-old Habibi Tesema, “wanted to bring another woman into their bedroom.”
Police say Shefa stabbed her husband about 30 times, with the fatal gash cutting his heart. The couple’s young children, ages two and three, were home at the time of the alleged murder.
Asked by police why she did it, Shefa said her husband not only wanted to bring another woman into their bedroom, but also “wished to use a s*xual device on her during intercourse,” the criminal complaint says.
It sounds like there might be more to the story than a dispute over a threesome, however. The Sun Current, citing the criminal complaint, reports that a person at the home when officers arrived told police Shefa and her husband had been arguing for the better half of a year.
